Adami Films

Adami Films is an independent production company, founded by Zanyar Adami, which focuses on fiction films. The theme is often about human rights with films that change minds and touch hearts. The vision is to produce films with an artistic height and an international appeal. Adami was co-owner of Momento Film who produced the documentary The Guerilla Son (73min) in 2011. The film has been spread worldwide through six broadcasters and fifteen festivals. Adami Films has independently produced three short films. The first, Svenne (7min), in collaboration with the Swedish United Nations Association, launched in May 2013. Svenne has been used in schools in teaching about discrimination. In 2013 launched Krigsduvor (14 min). Besides being broadcasted on SVT and cinemadistribution with Folkets Bio, and international festivals, the film was shown to half of all 14-year olds in Sweden to raise awareness of unaccompanied children, in a project lead by Friends. UNHCR has used it in their work in Europe in countries such as Italy, Greece and the Czech Republic.

In  2015 Senses (28 min) was completed; a film about a dying conductor who looses her senses, with Lena Endre in the lead. Adami Films is currently developing the feature film Questan in cooperation with the French Quarter Film.
