Sebastian Johansson Micci

Sebastian Johansson Micci (1993) is a film director, screenwriter and editor living in Stockholm. He has made several short films that have been screened at festivals around the world. In 2020, he graduated from HDK-Valand in Gothenburg with a Bachelor in Film. His films are often about the human dilemma in the social sphere – our tragicomic inability to handle different relationships and situations. Sebastian likes to mix everyday realism with surrealist elements and is currently developing his debut feature film ”The Earwig”, which is about a father-daughter relationship that is put to the test when the father one day turns into a human-sized earwig. The project received SFI’s Wildcard 2020 and is produced by Grand Slam AB.
