Hana Al-Khamri

Hana Al-Khamri is an author who has recently started writing drama as well. She grew up in Saudi Arabia but has been based in Sweden since 2011. In 2021, Al-Khamri made her literary debut with the book Well-Behaved Women Seldom Make History (Natur & Kultur). In 2022, she was a summer host on Sommar i P1, a program that was highly praised by critics.

She is currently working on her debut novel, The Salon, and completing her first play for Kulturhuset Stadsteatern/Stockholm’s arts and culture center.
